How posts get here
Nothing here is crawled. A person checks each post and saves its text, its author and a screenshot. From there an AI model reads the text and fills in the structured fields you see on TechReferrals: the role, seniority, company, locations, whether it’s remote, and a one-line summary.
Because the summary is generated, treat it as a way to find the post rather than as the post itself. Every entry links straight back to the original post, and that original is the authoritative version.
Hiring teams can also post openings here directly. Recruiters, agencies and employees sign up and add the role, and we review each opening before it goes live. These openings show who posted them.
What this isn’t
We don’t take applications. When you find something relevant, you go and talk to the person who posted it, on LinkedIn or X, the same way you would have if you had seen their post in your feed. For an opening posted here, you apply on the hiring team’s own link or email.
The posts belong to the people who wrote them. We reproduce them so they can be found, we credit the author on every entry, and we link back every time.
We record anonymous page views and a few clicks (expand a row, open the original post) with PostHog so we can see what is useful. Browsing needs no account, and we do not identify you.
Common questions
Is TechReferrals free?
Yes. Searching and reading posts is free and needs no account.
How can I support or contribute?
See the Support us page. You can make a one-time payment toward hosting, storage and AI costs, or share TechReferrals with someone who is job hunting.
How do I ask for a referral from a post here?
Open the post and check how the author wants to be contacted: a DM, a comment or a form. Then open the original post and do that. Name the role, say in a line or two why you fit, and share your resume or profile. Whether to refer you is the author’s call.
How recent are the posts?
New posts are added every day, and each one shows when it was posted. Referral offers can close quickly, so check the date and the original post before you reach out.
Which companies and cities does it cover?
Mostly tech roles in India, from large companies to early-stage startups, with some posts from other countries. Every company and city with saved posts has its own page, listed under Companies and Cities.
Can I post an opening for my team?
Yes, and it’s free. Use Post an opening in the header, add the role, and we review it, usually within a day. Candidates apply on your own link or email.

Feedback
For any feedback, message @jain_harshit on X.
If you wrote a post that appears here and you would rather it didn’t, that same message is enough. It comes down. You don’t need to give a reason.
